After studying Physical education and events in Ambers, Belgium, my home town, I had very clear in mind that I wanted to travel and know the world.
Always working with tourism, I discovered the worlds of animation. First forming me and then working as a tourist entertainer for a hotel chain in the Balearic Islands, where I really found a passion which I still have for this profession.
In 2008 I started my professional career in Fiesta consulting supervising animation teams in the Canary Islands, coordinating animation tasks, programs, events, collaborating in the training courses, motivating and helping the entertainment teams.
Since 2011 I combine my duties of supervisor with the recruitment and selection of staff for Fiesta Consulting.
In 2013 my last challenge started in fiesta Consulting assuming the responsibilities of becoming the manager from the Canary Islands area. Working , day by day with my team at the office in Gran Canaria, coordinating the tasks of the supervisors and the administration department, commercial actions and attracting new customers, having direct contact with the hotel managers to reach a higher satisfaction level from the hotels and the final clients “tourists”.
To make more and better things, we will work to make Fiesta Consulting entertain us at least 25 years more.
Begoña FernándezEntertainers Supervision
Degree in technical superior in socio-culture animation and touristic in 1989. I achieved the fifth year in the official School of languages in English and German in 1989 and 1993 respectively, among other studies.
I have worked as an entertainer from 18 till I was 26 years old, after a stage of rolling by the world and form my small family; I came back to animation in 2011 till now.
Currently I am working as an entertainment supervisor in Fiesta Consulting; my job consists in following the quality rules from Fiesta Consulting, helping the entertainers to develop the programs and activities, full of enthusiasm and fun. Also the monitoring of programs, activities and rules, so they are carried in the right way.
I am also responsible to keep the joy and illusion from a our entertainers, as well as monitoring the activities and standards.
Be in charge of the recruitment, make reports, collection and verification of programs and all the necessary for the good operation of the office.
Ana SánchezAdministration and Human Resources
I am Ana Sanchez Rodriguez.
I’m restless and curious.
Apart from being technician in Administration and finance, at this moment I am pursuing a degree in labor relations and human resources.
In 2008, at the age of 25, years full of illusion, I started to work at the hotel Jardin el Sol, in this lilac balloon called Fiesta Consulting.
As the responsible of the administration department, where my duties are to keep good contact at an administrative level with our clients ( important part of this balloon), the monitoring of the banks and notices involving this department.
I am also in charge of the Human resources department, making the specific functions for labor. Interlocutor with the staff in themes related with their contracts, occupational risk prevention and sometimes, when is needed, a psychologist.
Besides that, I give support to my director and to the commercial department, as the slogan says: “we are all, all”.
When you call or enter the Canary islands delegation, I am the first person you see, smiling and nice, always willing to give a hand.
